You may return any unused, untrimmed item within 14 days of delivery. 

We suggest you keep the box the order came in so you can use it for any potential returns.  All returns must include any free gifts provided with the order, in as-new condition, or the retail price of those gifts will be deducted from the refund amount. There is a 20% re-stocking fee.

No refunds on Final Sale/Blowout/Clearance items.

Buyer pays return shipping.

Please allow 5-7 business days for return to process after it is received.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

All orders are processed immediately. Email us for any order cancellations and we will do our best to cancel the order. However, it may be too late and the order may have already shipped. Shipping confirmation emails are sometimes delayed due to holidays or weekends.
