What do the different symbols mean for some products?

🌸= Futura fiber wig. Futura hair fiber is the newest innovation, 100% polyester life-like hair fiber. It is the closest feel to human hair a wig can get.

🎇= Black light/UV reactive. These wigs exhibit a bright neon color when exposed to black/UV light.

✨= Glow in the dark wig. True glow in the dark fibers. NOT black/UV light reactive. This wig actually absorbs light and glows!

How can I tell the different lengths of wigs?

When will I receive my order?

Domestic shipping: 2-4 business days

International Shipping: 10-12 business days

Once your order has been processed please allow 1-2 business days for tracking to update. 

How do I change my shipping address?

If you wish to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our Customer Service Department at support@litunicorns.com ASAP during the order processing stage to indicate your request. If the package has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to ship to the new address. However, if the package has already been shipped, the shipping information will not be able to be changed while the package is in transit.

Where is LIT UNICORNS based, and what currency does your shop use?

We are based in Florida and we use USD. All orders ship from our Florida location.

Can I curl or straighten the wig hair?

You can use heat tools up to 320F. However, just like our own hair, the less heat you use the better.

What can I do to de-tangle my wig?

We suggest using our wig detangler and wide-tooth comb to detangle your wig.

What quality level are your wigs?

Our wigs are high-quality lace front wigs with adjustable straps. They are full of hair fibers for a natural look.

How do I trim the lace on the wig?
