WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPPING DELAYS ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE.

SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Lit Unicorns is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. We advise that you monitor your tracking information to make sure someone is home to receive your package. If someone is not home to receive the package and it is left out on your door step or mailbox you will run the risk of your items being stolen. There may sometimes be delays beyond our control, such as postal holidays, weather, and international customs.

You may return any unused, untrimmed item within 14 days of delivery. 

We suggest you keep the box the order came in so you can use it for any potential returns.  All returns must include any free gifts provided with the order, in as-new condition, or the retail price of those gifts will be deducted from the refund amount. There is a 20% re-stocking fee.
